I’d just like to write a quick note to show my appreciation for the help you have given my ailing computers over the past few months. While relatively new, they were showing signs of slowing down and in one case, crashing altogether, when asked to perform certain tasks.

You have remedied the situation effortlessly, which has improved my workflow and stopped any blood vessels from popping.

It is invaluable to have the peace of mind that there is someone local who knows “macs” inside out and can pop round when needed.

I would recommend you to anyone who owns an Apple Mac computer.

My only regret about using Dominique Simond, expert Apple Trouble shooter, was that I did not start using her services 3 months earlier. I spilt a cup of tea over my Mac Book Pro when it was less than 6 months old. I was told at the Apple store that it was irreparable, so I bought a new computer.

When Dominique joined BNI I asked her to look at the laptop and she got it working perfectly. My 22-month old son now has a perfectly functioning computer!

Using my Mac Book Pro for clinical photos and to give lectures, which have been written on PowerPoint, takes a lot of memory and tends to clog up the hard drive. Dominique’s MOT service for your computer is excellent. She comes to your house or work place to service the computer so that you have the minimum inconvenience. Once she finished doing the MOT on my computer is was as fast and efficient as it was when I first bought it.

I have been so happy with the excellent service and support from Dominique that I have referred her to 3 of my colleagues. She has rescued the reputations of 2 very renowned dental specialists as their Apples were about to pack up as they were so overloaded. Years of work would have been lost. They are as happy with the service they received.

She has also managed to resurrect my iPod that had not worked for almost 2 years.

Dominique is also a very clear, patient teacher. I unreserved recommend Dominique Simond and the excellent service that she supplies through her business, Macximise!

When I set up my own business last summer I really wanted to buy an Apple Mac as opposed to a PC but I wasn’t prepared to take that leap of faith without someone I could turn to for support. I spent weeks trying to find a local Apple Mac specialist and was close to giving up when I met Dominique.  Dominique has helped transform my life. Her knowledge of all things Apple related is seriously impressive; she knew exactly which machine would suit my needs and in just 3 hours she had transferred all the data from my old machine and my business was up and running.

I have to admit I was nervous when I got Dominique Simond in to help us set up our new Mac. I knew her reputation as being one of the best trouble-shooters in London, and I knew she was expensive. What I didn’t realise was quite how good she is, nor what incredible value for money her services are.

I still cannot believe what she accomplished in an hour.  She made transferring all the data seem so easy.  And she saved us more than the cost of her fee by helping us to realise we already had the licence to load on some important software to our new machine.

If you’ve got a Mac, get Dominique in.  She is worth every penny.

As a digital photographer my computers are as important as my camera to my business. And I need to know that they are in good hands.

I commissioned Dominique to install some hardware to two of my office Apple mac computers and to perform a health check. Not only was Dominique fantastic to watch working. She absolutely loves her job! But she went straight to the point, knew what she was doing and explained to me what was happening along the way.

She offered me her opinion and advice on how to build and maintain my computers to get the most out of them.
